Professional Legal Contract

Parties

This contract is entered into by and between the Auckland District Law Society Incorporated, hereinafter referred to as “ADLS” and the Party Name, hereinafter referred to as “the Client”.

Background

ADLS is a professional association established for the purpose of promoting the practice and administration of the law in Auckland, New Zealand. The Client seeks legal services from ADLS and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this contract.

Services

ADLS agrees to provide legal services in accordance with the laws and regulations of New Zealand. These services may include but are not limited to legal consultation, representation, and advocacy on behalf of the Client.

Payment

The Client agrees to compensate ADLS for the services rendered in accordance with the fee schedule provided by ADLS. Payment shall be made in a timely manner as specified in the invoice provided by ADLS.
